Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of Bible Presenter (the “app”) and this website. By using them, you agree to what follows. They are intentionally short.
The service, as-is
Bible Presenter is offered during its beta free of charge and “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of anything important (the app makes this easy — export a backup file).
Scripture text
The bundled translations — the King James Version, World English Bible, and American Standard Version — are in the public domain. Any translations added later remain the property of their publishers and are provided under their licenses; you may use them within the app but not redistribute them.
Acceptable use
Use Bible Presenter for study, teaching, and presenting. Don’t abuse the live-share relay (for example, flooding it or using it to distribute unlawful content), don’t attempt to disrupt the service for others, and don’t misrepresent the app as your own product.
Your content
Your studies and markings are yours. We claim no ownership of them. Because they’re stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping them.
Paid plans
When paid plans launch, additional billing terms will apply and will be presented before you’re charged. Nothing here obligates you to pay while the app is in beta.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bible Presenter and its maker are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for lost data, arising from use of the app.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; the date above will reflect any change. Questions: jarednhall@gmail.com.
